About Us

Hello, my name is Stacy Lauritzen, and I’d like to share why I am so deeply passionate about United Voices Rising and the inspiration behind founding this organization.

As a survivor of sexual violence, my healing journey has been both deeply personal and profoundly transformative. Through psychotherapy and therapeutic ketamine treatments, I was able to confront and process traumatic memories, paving the way for meaningful healing and renewal. My husband and I recognized that these holistic treatments were instrumental in my recovery, and we felt compelled to make them accessible to other women survivors.

Unfortunately, these treatments are not covered by insurance, and the costs associated with proper supervision and support are far beyond what many women can afford. Recognizing this gap, I founded United Voices Rising to create a vital resource for women survivors of sexual trauma.

Our mission is to ensure that every woman has the opportunity to access the care and support she needs to heal. Our current goal is to raise $8,000, which will cover treatment costs for one survivor as well as the operational expenses associated with providing this support.

I want every survivor to have the chance to find the peace and healing that I have found. Together, we can make this vision a reality!
