United Voices Rising offers limited financial assistance for women seeking Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) as part of their trauma healing journey. Our goal is to remove financial barriers to care and supporting access to trauma-informed, holistic healing.

Every step is taken with care to protect your privacy and honor your healing journey.

Pre-Qualification Application (5–10 minutes)

This short online form helps us determine basic eligibility, including age, location, trauma history, and readiness for the next step.

Mental Health Screening (5–10 minutes)

We also ask you to complete a confidential mental health screening before your interview. This brief form includes standardized assessments (like anxiety, depression, or PTSD checklists) and helps ensure KAP is a safe and supportive option for you.

Your answers are private and reviewed only by an authorized UVR team member.

Confidential Interview (30–45 minutes)

If your form qualifies, we’ll schedule a phone or video interview to learn more about your background, support system, health status, and goals for healing.

All identifying information is removed before your application is reviewed by our nonprofit board. Final selections are made anonymously to protect your privacy and ensure fairness.

This is not a guarantee of funding or clinical approval.

If you’re ready to take this step, we’re honored to walk beside you.
